Was cheaper than when I had a similar repair done by electrolux previously. Was also able to come out the same day, which meant dishwasher was working 2-3 days earlier than it would have been if I'd waited for electrolux - quite a bonus with young kids in the house! Seemed very knowledgeable & professional.
